Prices include gas, water, electricity and high quality bed linen and towels.

There is an additional 60 Euros cleaning fee payable with each booking.

Check-in and check-out day is Saturday during the high season. Please ask about mid-week bookings during the rest of the year. Please plan to vacate the house no later than 11 a.m and check in after 3 p.m.

A deposit of 50% secures your booking with final payment due six weeks before the start of your holiday.
